No, considering the steep damage drop off the AR receives, I do not feel the ammo count or base damage should be changed. The Breach needs to be reworked though, just a full auto TAR right now (they both have the same RPM and similar recoil).

Make it more accurate, that is it. Right now, the burst is a head shot machine. If you change the damage or shots, people will say it is OP.

I would only use assault for shooting multiple installations at the same time. Anything else is wasted potential, and more importantly wasted CPU.

Make BPO's for everything, but make them rechargeable. Say for proto suits, the BPO could make you 3 of that item. Though, if you lose them it will take 12 hours for them to regenerate in your inventory. If say you only use up 2 of that item and ...

Thermal energy affects shields more than armor, as the LR shows. Odd, as one would think that armor would be more vulnerable as it would be more likely to melt.
