Core skills, level 5 Minmatar logi, nanocircuitry, shield/armor modules, mass driver, active scanner and biotics. The only thing I feel like I wasted SP on is the repair tool since I rarely use it. Triage hives work so much better.

My only gripe is that it's still too easy to fit and spammable. Nerfing the blast radius on the core and RoF on all the flaylocks while increasing fitting costs could have been enough.
