i wouldnt necessarily assume it would become useless against scouts. since longer firing times gives more chances to hit the scout successfully. im not sure they could out dance a high rof weapon for ever. but having range on the hmgs side so the...

didnt i also mention reducing damage by a large chunk. im turning it into what the light blaster turret used to be when it had infinite ammo. besides its probably going to need it when damage per bullet is around 2-5.
