The "anything goes" principal is normally applied in situations where the players have the tools to workout their own problems. In this situation there is nothing you can do to avoid having these people placed on your team. While CCP did not stop AWOXing in PC battles, they did add the Terrestrial Combat Officer role to the game to give Corp management more control over who could get into a match. Thus giving them a tool to counter AWOXing.

Since players don't have control over team composition in Public matches, it is a legitimate request that either CCP deal with the problem, or give the Players tools to deal with the problem.

Edit: Maybe if you Suicide you should be fined the price of your clone. I mean, why should the Corp that is sponsoring your team in the battle have to pay for a clone one of their contracted employes wantonly destroyed? They should take the cost of the clone out of your pay check. It would not be a big deal if you got stuck in a wall or something, but would add up if you suicided 7 or 8 times.

I don't know what exactly the purpose of constantly committing suicide in this game is but these people are ******* things up.

I played in an Ambush match with these people before where they wiped out half the enemy teams clones through suicide before anybody on either team engaged in combat. It's gonna be real difficult to offset a situation like that.

Criminal Status is a part of Eve ,Maybe if your a criminal friendly fire would be allowed in highsec. And maybe you could bounty them if they are a real pain in the but. So when they show up in a match they are allowed x amount of kills by friendly s before Concord or Tac Net Kick. Somehow they need put on the other side to use up there clones maybe. Tac Net enemy infiltrator ,Match could let in a new player on that side ,and offending player marked red to fight on other side. What do you think?

Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

In which case a Vote to Kick option would be the ideal solution. It is however hardly a bannable offense as the OP is calling for.
