Vehicles aren't really my area, but we will be addressing vehicle and AV weapon balance (and of course the Pilot role falls into this). They can't be done independently for obvious reasons so it'll be a big fat chunk of work that'll get done just ...

The scrambler rifle received the buff to keep its DPS inline with the gallente assault rifle. The flaylock and plasma cannon did not receive the buff because they were not in Chromosome and were balanced after the weaponry skill bonus was removed.
