You can't balance scouts without making them side arm only because it effects the other classes to greatly i.e. if they try to nerf scouts dps they nerf everyone else with it.

Screws me even more? That isn't a factor in any of my deliberations. As for recall and spawn they could easily cap something like that if they wanted or add a isk fee for delivery. So tell us m8 what is the proper counter? A CR? or another RR?

With the kick reduction the weapon is childs play again so I personally like the current bonus. If they restored the kick then I think kick reduction would be a good change that would make the rifle best on ck.
