I think this is sweet justice. Players who went Caldari Logi + TAC AR had their fun, now it's over. TAC AR nerfed, Caldari Logi shield bonuses nerfed. I wouldn't even say the TAC AR was nerfed that much, it's still a beast and I mop up with it all...
