Yeah, projectile hit detection seems pretty good- just make NKs have a virtual projectile with, say, a 1-2m optimal and 0% damage at 3m. It wouldn't be overpowered, and it might actually work!

To be clear: I'm not asking for more range. 599M is plenty. I just don't like the mismatch between the stated weapon range and the effective range of the scope. Not adding variable zoom won't stop me sniping from 550 meters.
