Is there a reason that we can't tie a particular bonus to an individual skill? For instance, why can't we tie the assaults 2%ROF bonus to be dependent on the basic suit skill level and the second bonus to be based on the assault suit skill level.

Give all hardeners the militia active and cool down timers. Have the amount resisted increase from standard to proto. The resistance we have now should be the advanced module, meaning standard is 10% less resistance and proto is 10% more.

A good idea that needs some tweaking. Enact Large Blaster changes as stated. Give small blasters some dispersion. My issue is you have to keep a pin size dot on a moving target, while you yourself are moving. Makes things really annoying to hit...
