They should be less effective at longer ranges then the smg, rather then nurfing their maximum range just have it so they become less effective at range IE more spread and suffer damage dropoff.

also just have a timer of 5 or 10 mins so the team with the most close left wins at the end anyway if the team at 0 does not fight. or have it be a constant restocking timer. so if the team with 0 clones does not kill someone in 5 minutes or less ...

Just make it so the dead players who have no clones left leave the match and get the match stats once it has completed and/or they can spectate the remaining players. easy and simple. There should be a way to see your past game history anyway.
