Yesterday I received a response immediately when I accidentally double-posted my ticket telling me not to double-post tickets. But it said that I should receive a reply shortly.
I applied kinda late, and I'm new anyways, so I would've greatly preferred being told "no", rather than being told "ok" and then ignored. |

I logged in the other day and didn't see any change in my account. I tried to change it from ACCT to Skill after it was apparent the respec dates were misleading but was refused. 10-1 says I go home after not playing 2 months none of the isk and SP i gained would matter, and I will be at 200k sp and 0 isk. I have just a feeling. |

I know that in posting this, I am pretty much beating a dead horse, but I will say it anyway; I, for one, would fully support, and appreciate, the availability of one more respec, if even it cost AUR or such to get it. I want a respec only because I missed out on the latest one: I downloaded the beta back in January, played a bit and stupidly spent my SP on skills I now have no use for. The reason I missed the respec was due to my ISP being completely ridiculous and as such I was left with NO internet access from mid-January until mid-June. So, I would fully support the addition of a ONE-TIME respec that costs something...be it ISK, AUR, whatever. Just my 2-ó. |

There should be an option for respec.. Either you charge us ISK, or AUR..
Or perhaps even after reaching a certain amout of SP lets say every 500,000 SP earned gives you a chance to Respec.. or something like that..

An AUR respect really just makes good business sense, is it going to give someone an unfair advantage? No. Would it be to hard? No. Would it help Lolita of players? Yespecially.Would it generate more money to further develop the game? Yes. Sooo what's the downside of doing this? Now it should be reasonably priced, but still high to deter people from constantly respec-ing, like 20k AUR. For people like me that want to try it all then choose what I like best, instead of sticking to assault proto with duvolle at, yeah that's good, but gets boring. And a lot of people arent going to want to make several different alts to find their comfort zone, nor should they. Let us give you $ and we get to play they way we want, "games as a service" right? |

I really don't feel that it is fair to ask us to pay AUR for respecs that are needed because of changes to the game that we have no control over. All the racial armors are not done. Skill trees might get changed. Weapon, dropsuit and equipment specifications change. Balancing is ongoing.
Paying ISK - maybe ... MAYBE.
Paying real life money (AUR) to re-do SP allocations because of someone else's changes is a bit greedy. (I'm looking at you, CCP).
Things need to be substantially more stable before they even think about paying real life money (AUR) for respecs.

Why bother with skill points in the first place? What is the point in a time sink in a game that costs nothing to play? i can understand the need for it in eve online, players with skills training means money per month to play. i say get rid of all skills for dust514 and keep it money only that way every player can use what they like as long as they can afford to keep using it. Make this game one you can pick up and play not the time sink it currently is, either that or make weapons, etc via achievements. Playstation users dont want to sit and wait months to be able to gear up for a gun that may or may not be what they wanted in the first place. CCP do us a favour get rid of the skill points. Mercenary clones should have all the skills required on spawning.. they are not EVE Demi-gods.Seriously CCP you want the limited subscriber base EVE has? or do you want a large population that the ps network can generate, consider what the other fps games out there reach in population, now stop being a specialist members only club! |
