To be honest I'd say the ones who have gained the most are the one's who havn't gotten their respec yet. With CCP keeping tight lips on whether they will give respecs with the ver 1.2 of uprising the players who have not gotten their respecs yet will be guaranteed one around the same time that new dropsuits, equipment and modules come out.
A vast majority of the people who got respecs only made minor changes speccing out of skills and modules that they though would be usefull but found where so situational that they never used it freeing up around 600k - 1mil SP. A good chunk to be reallocated but nothing in comparison to being able to fully deck out the new stuff.
In my personal situation I had originaaly gone gallante assault, however when the respec came out I was tired of playing a gimp armor class as CCP had been promising the new plates for months but never delivering and I feared playing a gimped class for 6 months to a year waiting for CCP to complete the armor tree. Go figure the month after I give up on waiting for the new armor modules to be released they give the player base a true release date for when they where coming. |

I haven't been waiting as long as some other people but I have been very anxious to get my Respec. The time I have been waiting has allowed me to check out different weapons and allowed me to kinda just blow my SP on things just to see if it's useful. Once I get my respec I will know exactly what I want to spend my SP on and what just isn't worth spending SP on.
Thanks CCP for your hard work and even though the server goes down quite often I am still in APPRECIATION because this is a great game and it was FREE!!! People don't know what they've got til it's gone. I'm sure nobody would buy this game if you guys at CCP put an end to freeplay and charged something for people to download what we are all enjoying for free now... and that's sad because of how much people complain and gripe when you all are doing us a service. Yes I know some bought AURUM and they want to play butno server is flawless. There will always be issues and there will always be mandatory downtime for updates. At least CCP is very informative and straight forward and timely about things. All of you that want to complain and be a ***** baby... I say, put down the conroller... and go find some ******* with some milk in them. Crybabies.

Actually I've found some use for the Vehicle Upgrade skills I wasted for dropships in the LLAV, and my KDR is improving because of it. I'm also slowly skilling into the default Caldari Assault AR role and that's helping as well.
In 3-4 months I'll have earned the amount I spent in vehicles so I can make the build I was going to with the respec. I'll have some skills that will be forever useless (DROPSHIP L4-5), but over time that will be a smaller and smaller percentage of my total so it won't be as annoying.
At this point I'd rather wait to see what radical changes are going to be made in Uprising 1.2 before I am faced with rebuilding my character from scratch. |

I don't even play the game anymore and lost track of how long I have waited... once they posted about the delays i stopped playing.. not fun when you mess up a spec cause you didn't know it was forever permanent and you get stomped cause of better geared players... not spending real cash to compensate for my error unless it was for a skill respec..
So I basically check the forums.. see no respecs were done then go play another game. |

I had the same issue. They took about 300,000 sp when they fixed the isk issue. Then they said im qued for a spec soon that was almost a month ago |

2nd. Screw the Gallante week you guys need to focus on respecs or skilltree.
This just shows ccp dont give a **** about us, and wanna make money when they put the aurum Gallante week in our face.
Instead of fixing our problems you guys do this bullshit.
As players we should activly go against ccp on this point.
Put out an AURUM BAN, nobody use or buy aurum till WE get what we REALY NEED. |

Well back again for a small update Iam set for FF14 on the 8-27-13 which is good but that just the beta stage but oh well.. Ok let's go in on the respec problem.. Because there have not been any more respec done ,I seen the number of players online go from almost 9k down to 2.5k to at most 4.9k players just because u mess up the skill tree and not fix a lot of respec request,that is going to cause u more harm than good in the long run and what make this so crazy is people think Iam not playing to mess up my K/D rate bc my skills are mess up.. I hate to say I just jump in a LAV and ride around the whole match which I go 8-1 most time or no deaths at all to make sure I keep my K/D on the up which is lame..next before I zone into any match I wait to I see a mass of blue dots to make sure I don't end up in a group of red dots so they can get a easy kill..but other than that have a great day CCP |

Tried twitter, got retweets from basically every twitter personality who plays Dust, no dev or gm reply.
Posted in the Council Chambers for the CPM, no reply after two days.
This is the most replied to and liked thread in General Discussion, yet it's had no official reply in two weeks.
I love Dust, been waiting for it for years while playing eve, I'm not going anywhere. But I really don't get the "head in the sand" response. I understand that you got ddos attacked and had big content releases, but that was weeks ago, and shouldn't exclude the possibility of some transparency and disclosure. There have been dev replies to other posts this morning, why not this critical one? How about a meaningful GM response? Is anybody out there?? |
