Update: 21st June
Unfortunately the full and final list did not pass our deployment process. The procedures in place that prevented today's run are designed to protect the live server from even the most minor or risks and as such we have been forced to postpone until a more suitable and lower risk opportunity presents itself. The respec is now being reviewed by the development team with the goal of a Monday deployment. Once again we apologise for this further delay,

So basically whatever program is run to accomplish respecs also poses a risk of creating network security holes, which could lead to DDoS attacks, malicious software installs, user data extraction, etc. And quite possibly the lapse which lead to the last DDoS attack happened because due to the respec program being run last time...yeah that's not unnerving in the least... |

Imho the actual information from the 18th and then the now 2 subsequent delays we could probably forgive and not mind to much about.
For me the total lack of information for weeks leading up to the 18th is what has totally infuriated, if they had provided us with better feedback and even rough timings from that point, so many of us wouldn't be annoyed and we would be able to take this recent reasonable delay on the chin (3 working days). This is based upon them actually deploying on Monday.
Suggestion to GM grave and the team, already split that list and worse case scenario give an amount of us our respec's that way at least you might actually see some positive impact on the forum which would lift the spirits of the remaining folks, also no bs just tell us what happens on Monday and time estimates again.
Keeping folks informed with timings is key, you guys already know this from eve... |

While that is a good point. It's also important to take into consideration that there were changes to the skill tree which became massive skill point sinks, like once needing lv5 from the basic dropsuits to unlock specialized dropsuits. Also for many Corps having acess to proto gear is a requirement to play in PC. Meaning that with too points sunk into other areas it would be a long time before some players will have all proto items. Then having those items is just a start. Learning how far they can be pushed is only going to come from playing with them.
Besides all that CCP has on more then one occasion told players it would happen in a specific timeframe and it did not, along with no communication as to status, or those summed up by sorry, we don't know and/or cannot tell you. |

at least there trying its not like they sit there all day thinking how they can **** us over another time. did you guys stop to think maybe there holding back because since this thread came out its progressively became a hate thread. Just to **** the couple hundred of us that are effected by this. use this time to plan out what your going to do use any equiptment that you plan not having when you get this. really i have seen the delays as agood thing because it has alowed me to use alot of the 44mill isk of equiptment that i wont use any mrore because im changing everything. so i had around 300 drop suits that i wasent going to be able to use. now im down to like 180 ( i spent the isk on vehicles and the past week has been hell in that aspect so i havent goten much profit). Moreover ccp tryes at least from what i can tell and like i said on the first line its not like they plot ways to **** off their community. so end point being if you dont like it go play something else you dont have to play this. |

You will all regret getting your respecs if they come before 1.2
All your SP and then QQ when they release 1.2 and your class is nerfed or another class buffed.
I for one am glad the respecs are delayed. If there are a bunch of changes coming in 1.2 I don't want to be tempted to spend my SP. All of us who had to wait will have the advantage . |

I won't be regretting anything. If I get my respec before 1.2, I'm not spending a single point until it is released, so I have a better idea what I'm looking at. |
