Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the delay of Skill Respecs and Account Resets. Unfortunately recent events regarding live issues in both DUST and EVE have forced us to direct key resources towards other tasks, however we remain committed to delivering both Skill Respecs and AUR Account Resets as promised.
Please rest assured that we have received and processed your requests so far, and that if you have received a response from customer support confirming receipt then you are still waiting in a queue while we add the finishing touches to the Skill Respec and AUR Account Reset systems. We hope to resume normal service as soon as possible and thank you for your patience.

I have had my tickets closed, so I opened another and every few days I log into it and type bump. By the OP's post I am doing unneeded work and annoying you. Sorry, it seemed prudent at the time. |

I guess it was less annoying to send a quick bump reply because you were not sure it felt in a crack than a reply with capslock and filled with crying and swearing.

Once you have received a GM response stating they have recorded your information then your request has already been registered, your ticket will then time out after 7 days unless you chose to respond. |

I see two tickets that appear to be linked to you, both of which received a response, please check your mail providers junk folders. All I did was submit a ticket asking for confirmation that my account was indeed flagged and that I had made purchases prior to 1/22/13. Whithin an hour I got a response confirming my account was flagged and there were purchases made before the cutoff date. Just make sure that if you do this to include the original ticket number.
(In this case I am referring to an account reset on one of my other accounts.) |

So how exactly do the AUR reset work? is it everything before a specific date or something? Wouldn't want to lose my omega boosters after all. |

from what i understand you entire chracter is wiped including skillpoints and all assets and your AUR is restored to what it would total before you bought anything, omega boosters included i would have thought |

Any chance ya can make an aggmentation for skill repec, kinda like a booster ya buy to have ur sp back to rearange or to spec into another weapon? Id buy it a few times to test diffrent builds . |

I looked at my ticket and I saw I'm the Q for my respec. Should I watch my email for an message from you all or am I good to just wait on the respec? Btw great work with all the updates and keep up the great work I hope to see more impressive guns,suits,and equipment from ya'll. |

I filed a petition on the 22nd but still haven't received a GM response, just an automated one. Nothing in my spam/junk folder. So on the 29th I submitted a dust help ticket. No response, automated or otherwise. Left a message on my ticket June 1st. Still no reply, nothing in my spam box. Any help? |

as far as i am aware, even an automated reply counts as a GM response in the loosest of technicalities on your first petition. unless you filed additional messages, they probably didnt look twice at 'skill respec' petitions. and you probably wouldnt have gotten a second automated message seeing as your account was already 'flagged' this prevents people from getting multiple respecs as well.
and is there any chance we will be seeing another batch of respecs during todays Odyssey deployment? or will all hands be busy assisting with the deployment/verification process?

I never got my SP respec, i got my confirmation request, got 85 mill ISK then it went negative, Ive read read the forum that they fixed it, that problem of mine was fixed but now its the 4th and i'm still not reseted on my SP, GM can you do something about it? |

My ticket has been closed for a while now. I also received the extra money that I never spent, but regarding my SP respec nothing has happened.
I received my confirmation mail on the 27th. It has just passed a week but we have not feedback about when you are planning to continue with the respecs.
Can you provide some clarity on this?
