You didn't tweet me :( We do take player concerns seriously. unfortunately we have encountered unexpected issues in recent weeks that have diverted developer resources away from this important issue. We're always listening but at times we may have no fresh updates to share after we acknowledge a fault and assign resources to fixing it until such time as the fix is ready to walk out the door. If you guys keep posting we'll keep reading, but rest assured that we are committed to resolving these issues.
This is great news. We understood that you guys had a lot of issues to deal with. I don't think it was the long delay that bothered most people but rather the lack of status updates, even if those entail "honestly we have no idea when we will get to the respecs, but we are still working on it!"
Imo little comments like that go a long way and dusties will be much happier all around. |

Please refrain form hysteria.
While skill respecs were delayed, this was because some of our developers were pulled into resolving critical defects, maintaining server uptimes, recovering from server downtimes and defending against DDOS attacks as their number one priority. While it may be true that our content developers and monetisation experts were not diverted to these roles and could publish store update, trust me, as good as they are you don't want our team of artists and excel wizards fixing the server, nor would you want our server leads designing dropsuits and pricing weaponry. |

Sorry about that GM Grave lots of my friends already quit game, thats something that causes me lots of frustration cus the game itself is a epic 1 no doubt. Seeing the Gallante week just made me mad like hell. |

At least there's finally been a recent response about the matter. Other than the actual respec, I think people just wanted some acknowledgement that there is progress being made on the issues.
We understand the cause for the delays and appreciate all efforts into making the game more stable, but a response to reassure the community is all that has been needed. |

I'm having very similar issues with friends. i talk the game up yet they jump in and are confronted with a bunch of bugs n horrible lag and Mario LAV. everyone i've recruited has just gone back to battlefield 3 n are not interested in DUST in its current form. It takes a lot to love DUST and my friends simply dont love it as much as us hardcore fans but recently i've heard from many corpmates that they are just getting fed up n bored of bad gameplay costing them kills, suits and PC battles |

First of all I'd like to thank you for your much waited response! However, a whole lot of confusion and frustration could and would have been avoided if we were communicated with. To a lot of us here waiting respecs all we've heard...well, was nothing. Regarding tweeting you, I did and got no response. Either way, what's done is done. As long as we learn from this we will grow as a community.
Now lets get those respecs out! I cannot wait! :-)

GM do you think you can try searching my account and tell me if i am signed for the respec because i had issues trying to get it done. I already gave in 2 tickets and emailed "support dust" aol account and i don't think i received a GM response. I won't be using most of my skill points when I get my re-spec. I want to be able to spec in something that isn't in the game yet. Hopefully all the core weapons and dropsuits will be entering the game shortly? |

I'll probably do the same. Im a tanker. I wasted it on the enforcer tank which was a let down. Also on the amaar heavy just not my style anymore. Im ready for the new equipment etc |
