Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the delay of Skill Respecs and Account Resets. Unfortunately recent events regarding live issues in both DUST and EVE have forced us to direct key resources towards other tasks, however we remain committed to delivering both Skill Respecs and AUR Account Resets as promised.
Please rest assured that we have received and processed your requests so far, and that if you have received a response from customer support confirming receipt then you are still waiting in a queue while we add the finishing touches to the Skill Respec and AUR Account Reset systems. We hope to resume normal service as soon as possible and thank you for your patience.

Once you have received a GM response stating they have recorded your information then your request has already been registered, your ticket will then time out after 7 days unless you chose to respond. |

While skill respecs were delayed, this was because some of our developers were pulled into resolving critical defects, maintaining server uptimes, recovering from server downtimes and defending against DDOS attacks as their number one priority. While it may be true that our content developers and monetisation experts were not diverted to these roles and could publish store update, trust me, as good as they are you don't want our team of artists and excel wizards fixing the server, nor would you want our server leads designing dropsuits and pricing weaponry. |
