Spies and betrayals are a part of New Eden. They're meant to be a part of New Eden. The problem is that so are the PROPER tools to limit their activities, and right now, we're lacking in those.

I would like to see limits to but until they are in people will have to start out-thinking the spies themselves.

I don't want direct limits on what a spy can do. I want ways for Corp CEOs and Directors to limit the activities of other members, so that low-level spies can't fill out a Corp battle with unauthorised non-Corp members.

Ok, so I really think you are raging in the wrong direction man. If what is being alleged is true, all she did was use the tools she was born with to pry info out of a weak link. It has happened all throughout history by women seeking information in times of both war and peace. It happens, deal with it.

However, having stated that; if these allegations are true, then CCP's IA has someone to can. Loose lips sink ships, apparently between the alcohol and the female attention, someone decided to loosen their lips. If you cannot maintain professional integrity then you have no right to be mingling with people who will be seeking sensitive information (read: The entire playerbase of New Eden).

PC is the draw to this game, how long do expect it to last when new players enter the field and find out winning fights doesn't matter. The only thing that will matter is your ability to juggle multiple alts just to be able to run the main corp and the alt corp. The solution of holdign corps isn't very viable due to chat channel restrictions in dust.

EoN has been hit with the tactic once, and it might happen again. I don't bring this up because I'm worried about loosing districts, I do it because I worry about loosing Dust.

PC so far has been the most fun I've ever had in New Eden. The fights have been tough, and the victories have been rewarding. I won't let this tactic threaten the validity of PC.

What the **** is up with you? T20 was caused by a member of CCP giving special preference to his alliance in the T2 BPO lotteries, not by discovering Awoxing. This is nowhere near as bad as T20, no CCP member has been implicated as causing this issue or contributing to it in any way shape or form whatsoever, so loosen the tinfoil around your brain and shove off.

How do you know that there aren't any other internal weaknesses in the code that may have been passed along? Passing along information such as loopholes in the code is the same at this point in time (given that this happened just at the open of PC) as passing along items to profit in-game.

This is New Eden.

There are asshats, griefers, team killers and otherwise slimy individuals. There is no honor except for the ones the community or you decide and even they only exist in opinions. I have no doubts that what i did was going to happen (hell it sorta allready did once!) but its not a big deal so long as you play smart and understand that not everyone will play fair.
