There should simply be a "Can join PC" role. -Maybe- A 'Can join PC as squad leader' but this director only thing is the worst idea surrounding PC I've heard since reading that clones would be your primary income and your attack resource combined.

If it becomes harder (See previous paragraph) to awox, if you get awox'd you shouldn't have a 'mulligan' button that can easily stop it without any real effort on your part. That's just as cheap as the tactic you're complaining about, tbh. If someone worms their allies into your team with sabotage in mind, all the consequences associated with that should be in play. Any measures CCP implements about this should be preventative (See previous paragraph) but after the fact, you should have to live with it.
