Funny that latin american players are getting shafted by proxy (hooking to NA servers) as if didnt had to deal with enough connectivity issues already. |

Im gonna do a wild guess and say that there is an incopatibility issue on the update file regarding a particular OS or program that is used on the NA east web node, which would mean that even tough the internet its fine the file just doesnt get picked or regiestered (maybe blocked by a firewall?) on the server node therefore not distributing it to the rest of the network.
This is a wild guess... like beyond left field more into the pizza place next to the parking lot, but could make sense.
