You are both missing my point, and further clarifying that you are in fact a scrub.
You may not like it, I may not like it, but jumpy mass drivers are here, they are within the rules, and people will and should use them.
The difference between us is that I don't call someone a name for playing within the rules. They are not ruining the game. They are trying to win, which is a hell of a lot more than you do.
If I had to choose between you and any other blue dot, you would be sitting on the bench, because no one who wants to win wants people with a bunch of e-honour constructs on their team.
You keep making up your own rules, and still losing, should make for tons of fun in whatever game you take your toxic mindset to next.

Abuse it all to hell. If Rattati reviews data and sees the horrifically broken KDR that jumpy mass drivers are causing then balancing will happen to reign it in.
Look at it like you are helping Rattati gather important data, not cheesing your way to 50 KDR.

I would argue that your attitude is toxic, not their opinion. You can disagree with someone's opinion without the conversation devolving to what you just did.

This is my take as well; if this gamer weren't on its deathbed, then perhaps CCP would fix things that they determine are broken. In my mind, if you feel it is broken, then do as Ripley said and prove with stats it is broken. But since the game is all but dead, it doesn't matter. CCP won't say anything is broken, so it's not. And since they won't change anything, there is no reason to complain. Use it.

Doesn't change the fact that sparky needs to either alter his mindset or change games. Or be happy as a casual.
Would you not heap scorn upon someone who showed up to a track meet barefoot and calling those in shoes scrubs after they lose?
What would you do if you were sitting at a table, and the person across called you scum for putting hotels on the Oranges after free parking? Would you give them a polite dissertation on the structures of rules and the affirmative consent of starting to play a game under said rules? Or would you ask them if they were special then tell them to enjoy playing the new solo monopoly at their own house?

Shut the **** up you disgusting scrub. You use the myofib mass driver combo not because you are trying to win a match but because you have **** for gungame and have to resort to an easy mode tactic to make yourself feel better about yourself.

I'm a scrub because I say the myofib massdriver combo is easy mode?
I read through this entire thread and no one mentioned anything about a scrub being someone who calls someone out for using an easy tactic instead of focusing on bettering their gungame.

Good one Summa, but I believe that falls under the "making excuses for poor performance" blanket.
gungame. there's a useless metric in the context of a combined-arms first person shooter encompassing direct-fire, indirect-fire and area-of-effect weapons.
I always found the insistence that anyone who did not just us a rifle of some kind and strafing being somehow lesser amusing as ****. Whenever someone tries to call me out for using (insert unfavored tactic here) I laugh, because I still won because you couldn't exploit the weaknesses of my chosen tactics and methods.

No, you are focusing on what the enemy is doing that is killing you rather than what you can do better. And also, have you ever actually used the myofib + mass driver combo? It is not as easy as some people would imagine.

Except I don't even have mass drivers skilled into, and never have. I find explosive area of effect weapons to be pretty limp wristed.
However, just I don't use them, doesn't mean I call people who do scrubs.
