Literally we have no counter to infantry doing circles around us throwing grenades, remote explosives, strafing with forge guns, and bunny hopping with swarms. All we can do is run. Correct me if I'm wrong but where is the Tank in Tank?? I don't see a machine fine tuned to rip sh*t up and change the phase of the battle, I see a lightly armored vehicle getting shredded to bits by Minmatar Commandos with swarms sitting on buildings.
Lets just hope that when Marauders come, ya'll run fo your lives.

1. Vehicle pilots are OP because when we used to use the old blaster we killed what we aimed at so they decided to nerf the accuracy of the blaster so its more about luck than accuracy - This is the only game apart from MAG where you are punished for aiming and killing the enemy |

I rather nerf the range of the blaster than what they did and make it inaccurate. There should be two variants, one with the dispersion and one without. I think the dispersion is helpful in some situations but it increases too fast. It would be better if it didn't increase as you fire.

In ww2 tanks were destroyed in a single hit from infantry carried anti tank weapons and other explosive devices. I'm sure there was even some bunny hopping involved. I'm so sorry you can't park your tank in front of an objective and go 40/0. I feel terrible for you. Try playing smarter. I've encountered several tanks throughout my av career that are damn near impossible to kill mostly because of a smart driver.

Nice double standards. We had high kills because we could aim.
And it's a video game. There's creative license developers can take. If AV were to be made far more powerful than it already is, every single pilot would get another respec and take all their SP out of vehicles completely. It's complaining that got us to this point - AV being the nuclear option, and vehicles being like radio controlled Airsoft toys.

Having large turrets as anti-infantry was was too much firepower, and it was OP. Large blasters have been changed with the intent of making them ant-vehicle now (not saying if it's good at it or not), and not for easily slaughtering infantry. Small turrets are the ones meant for killing infantry now since they deal damage similar to light weapons.

The insane dispersion doesn't help when you're closing on a target; you shouldn't have to practically be touching hulls to destroy a tank with a blaster.
Yet, a blaster installation can shred my tank to bits, even though I have the core skills to 5 and usually run two repair modules.

HMG has more DPS than a blaster.

Lets just see what CCP brings us pilots. If they say they are gonna rework vehicles, Then lets see. One major problem is -- There is just not enough useful skill books & way too many skill books that are meaningless.
For example, We could get a Skill Book for the blaster which its sole purpose is to reduce dispersion.
I think Armor hardeners should get a skill book too. Something to make armor hardeners absorb more damage. In fact, I think the armor vehicles should all go back to where they were. Active repair & passive resistances. Cause their recovery system is far too crippled to survive from AV with the current meta. Almost all of the AV & turrets are designed to wipe out armor -- Which really isn't fair for those who love to pilot in armor. Personally, I am a Shield loyalist, But I do see problems with armor & want equality.

You seem to be forgetting that anything can kill infantry, but to kill vehicles, you need specialized weaponry that take up a light/heavy slot. Also vehicles can fit a ton of firepower, have tons more HP, speed, and usually takes more than one person to kill a skilled pilot.

I run nothing but shields & unless there is a squad dedicated to taking me out or if my team is redlined -- I NEVER have any problems with my shields. You can ask Roman & his forge about how I build my shields & what I can take. A lot of it is knowing when to hold em' & fold em'. If I am redlined by AV, I don't act like a moron & roll out there anyway. It sucks & is frustrating, But if you're locked out -- You're locked out. Vehicles & Infantry need one another. One cannot coalesce with the other malfunctioning.
But Armor does need some work. I think active repair needs to come back. Passive repair was never a good idea.
