I'm really sorry, but a good case can be made that during the time between then and now you had ample opportunity to get fair use and value out of your (or whoever's) purchase. This will only work for transactions made in the last three months because of that "fair use and value" limitation, in addition to the unreasonableness of asking Sony to comb through transaction records up to two years old in an attempt to refund every purchase you might have ever made in DUST.
