If you've spent money on aurum, call 1-800-345-SONY as soon as possible. They can and will refund transactions for aurum as far back as three months.
If, like me you've purchased a booster, some weapons or suits, anything in the last three months and you want your money back in light of today's "announcements" regarding DUST, Sony will reimburse to your PSN wallet the amounts spent.
You may be told by the first line of support staff that this isn't possible, but it absolutely is. Just ask to speak to the representative's supervisor and they will start the refund process, which will take 3-5 days.
I just had it done, my thanks to supervisor D***** (rest of name withheld to protect the awesome!)
Now I absolutely expect and understand that CCP has the right to deny access to DUST 514 in light of my having done this, no company likes dealing with a charge-back, which this essentially is. Anyone who takes advantage of this process needs to understand and accept the potential for service denial/character deletion as well.
It's not much of a stand, but I'll take it. CCP can be on the receiving end of broken promises for once. What if I had a bpo lav code remeemed?

I don't think there's much that can be done about BPOs. The limitation is three months, anything further back than that is; A.) Difficult and time-consuming to find transaction records for B.) Happened long enough ago that it can be argued you got fair use and value for your money Which I did. I got plenty of use out of my BPOs, aurum proto weapons while I skilled up and boosters for the last year or so. But with today's announcement comes the realization that this game's support has been pulled. Development has been halted (not "back burner-ed" but halted) and that makes this game no longer an MMOFPS with continual updates and content expansion. Which is what I recently spent money on. The product as it is today is no longer the product I paid for. A product very similar to the product I thought I recently paid for has been announced today for the PC, and its name is Legion. Ergo, bait-and-switch, refunds. Inredeemed 2 lav buleprint codes in 1 month, can I get it refunded and can I email them?

Sony live chat sorry Call again, see if you get someone else. Certainly you should be able to use everyone else getting their money back as an issue. Also, possibly not taking it out of PS wallet, just Dust. It was live chat I wanted the money in my ps wallet

Sony live chat sorry You specifically I already responded to and I told you, it's unlikely you will see any kind of refund because your purchase had to have been made many months ago, when BPOs were still for sale. I'm really sorry, but a good case can be made that during the time between then and now you had ample opportunity to get fair use and value out of your (or whoever's) purchase. This will only work for transactions made in the last three months because of that "fair use and value" limitation, in addition to the unreasonableness of asking Sony to comb through transaction records up to two years old in an attempt to refund every purchase you might have ever made in DUST. I said for the bpo lav code

Until the money is posted back to my psn wallet, I wont call it a success... but I didn't need to ask for a supervisor, and the rep I spoke to said I was the first person he had spoken to regarding this issue. He was helpful tho, and even agreed that what is happening is garbage.
Good luck to everyone else, will try to remember to post back here if/when any of the $$ is posted back to the account. I cant call them so no refunds for me
