Funny enough, that's what he's saying. He wants to kill a heavy with 1 magazine. This is why heavies were such a joke a while back. Now heavies take a little more effort to kill, calls to nerf the HP.

I saw a healthy balance in PC, people brought heavies, but they weren't 50% of the enemy team.
Then the weapons nerf happened, proficiency nerfs, resistances buffs, and grenades nerfs, and suddenly heavies are 50% or more of the people in PC matches and are not fun to fight against, they feel like annoying roadblocks that you either have to go around or shoot at for 10 minutes until they go down.

You can't base your encounters off of facing prototype suits , that's just dangerous .
That's the problem with people that ask for an item to be nerfed .. they base that off of their encounters with prototype items and that's why this game is in the state that it is now and that's unbalanced .
I use a Caldari sentinel series and it takes three to four shotgun shots .
Three most of the time .
Stop asking for tiercide , your killing variety and the fun of this game at the same dam time .

Heavies are fine, you can almost one shot a basic with a basic shotgun, if you are dying to higher tiered, well you have to use a higher tiered shotgun. This is coming from a scout who almost ONLY dies from heavies. I would like to see their turn speed decreased though, except for the minimatar heavy. That thing is gimped enough, and when I run into one that I can take down to 100 armor in one shotgun hit, then I DIE because I can't manage to hit him ONE MORE TIME, well hats off to putting kin kats on a heavy dude.
Likewise I think scouts are a little overpowered, I'll be the first to say that AS a scout. However, CCP has painted us into a corner, I can't really run without a cloak cause everyone has them and I can't see them even with double precision so my defense is to use a cloak myself, however, changing the delay of the cloak before firing means not even being able to react when two scouts run across each other unexpectedly. Honestly, if the cloak was to be taken away completely I wouldn't mind, I have learned to use it as a crutch.
Remove the slow on hit effect and change scouts profile/precision back to 45/40 like it was pre 1.8. Give ALL scouts the 5% dampening per level and you will see a balanced return, keep the scanners, widen them all to 60%, make it so you can't spin while using and reduce the recharge time. EWAR is fixed, speed tanking is fixed and with mediums coming back you won't get so many heavies.
I'd say give the mediums about double base health, they aren't going to be heavies but a sec of more survivability might get people using them again.

Even 4 is too much, shotguns have a very slow fire rate, no scout had managed to pump 4 shotgun shots into my heavy and live.

Just to illustrate the amount of sheer ehp a proto gal sentinel can rack up, I'm going it tell a story:
I was playing ambush and the enemies pulled out some tanks (wow never seen thIs before), so we managed to put uplinks ontop of a roof and start forging the fools.
An enemy came down in a dropship and hopped out just as I had finished charging a **** from my 9k330 FG.
I blasted the proto gal sentinel point blank.....he jumped back in his DS with about 250 armour left.....
I hit him with a flipping point blank shot from my 9K330 FG!!!! And he walked away!!!!!

So cloaked scouts with RE's and shotguns can assault objectives hack them while cloaked and because of there signature profile do all this without being seen by a suit that cant see them on radar. Im sick of going back and forth with this. The counter point to the cloaked scout is the slowest suit in the game camping the objective. doing point defense thats what it does. meanwhile scouts ar eup above and throwing "alpha" damage Re's have "alpha" damage shotguns can strafe faster ARE UNSEEN.

Heavies were a joke NOT JUST because the HMG was poop. The turn speed was bad, the nade spam, MD spam, ARs being out of balance, AA...
You name it, heavies felt it worse because their huge hitbox and speed compounded every problem.
Heavies are SUPPOSE a problem to get rid of. Not just throw a nade at one or 1 magazine... like heavies were since Chromosome! A joke. Before Chromosome heavies were feared, and you respected their presence, as you should.
They have an actual TTK now, and that's a problem? I thought people wanted a better TTK?

Lol. They are the worst options for sentinel users. Minmatar is only good for flanking speed and Caldari for the damage mods. But the damage mods only apply well to high damage weapons like the forge gun. High ROF weapons like HMG's are not so dramatic in damage effect. |

I have played matches with full scout squads , now you might be able to say the same about heavies but every match it's either heavies and scouts or more scouts than heavies and this can not be denied . I know I'm rare but that doesn't mean cuz no one uses it it should be dirt. A shotgun can kill me so I'm not OP dumbest thing I've heard.. Not everyone runs heavies or scouts.. Keep the turn speed idc but the range needs fixed.
