thats the biggest joke about you guys yeah you do set up training matches but most people know that you guys just farm isk on your planet plus corp tax of 7% if it were up to me i would move you guys to PFC and give you 2 district and let corps have at your planet |

I will tell you this. The isk is being saved until we can properly reimburse students (and staff) for the cost of skill books. Teachers get paid for lectures (I think it was 200k/lecture). And teachers also get reimbursed for losses during a 102 class. (However the loss must be attested by a squadmate and it cannot be a loss do to poor piloting (for ships). The loss must be caused by a third party interference (ie on oceana if some corp decides to screw up a 102 class on dropships)

Eve university is a separate entity from dust university. In PC, we don't get help from eve Uni. We use our own players eve toons. Eve university and dust university are neutral corps and as such they will not assist each other unless needed. Eve Uni won't interfere with us and we won't interfere with them.

So this is just your speculation? I can aska round if you really want an answer but as far as I'm concerned, eve Uni and duni are completely separate except for alliance and purpose

Personally, I'd be a bit happier if DUST and EVE UNIs trained their students in Combined Arms relations and communication, so that players of both sides get valuable experience in communicating with the each game, as well as 101 courses of the other Game so EVE Uni grads have a moderate understanding of Dust, and vice versa.
That and some OB coordination training would go along way to helping both games grow closer. After all, if the "new generation" of both Dust and EVE players are comfortable, used to, and familiar with the other game it will only further push along the concept of the games being further unified. |
