This causes tanks to not be able to aim downward on any incline. It doesn't make any sense that this far into the future a tanks gun can't aim downwards... As of right now the best way to take on a tank is get below him

Proto breech forge guns did more damage then a mounted railgun, that is why it was taken out. A handheld weapon shouldn't be doing more damage then a mounted weapon

CCP needs to fix there numbers but keep damage where it is at. Otherwise you won't be seeing anything other then an armor tank on the field
