For a assault suit my go to is. Cal assault c-1 series. 1 complex shield. 3 complex light damage mods. Complex/ enhanced regulator. Basic reactive plate. Rs-90 combat rifle. Toxin smg or breach smg. Nanohive. 40 something k total.
