1001. Funny thought about Amarr vs Minmatar tanks.. - in General Discussions [original thread]
I see Minmatar HAVs as the hybrid tanks, and the Amarr as slightly less armour and same shields as Gallente but with another low slot and a bonus to turret modifier modules. Minmatar might also be artillery.
