I think a really good system would be to greatly increase that cap. Then making some method of organizing them would be great like with folders. A long list of dropsuits would be a pain to sort through.

I have had this happen to me with players that were so close they took up the entire aiming reticle. I shoot and wham i hit the ground 5 feet behind them and they take no damage at all.

Well if the shield heavy ends up being like the shield heavy in beta the up side is that you get much better mobility compared to a standard heavy. Yes there are a lot of things to penetrate shields but even shield heavies still had armor i think ...
