With two EnhKC on the ADV, it's pretty lol-worthy. Think it could hit ~8 m/s at proto with CxKC, were anyone brave/bored enough to proto out a basic frame. Wonder if it's just an oversight, though, as all the other Heavy Frames have the same speed...
