I mean after the buff... shield tanking will have to be explosive experts and sue remotes and MDs (which will be nerfed prolly) because armor will be better for combat. I really think shields don't need that penalty. And this is coming from someon...

Armor will get buffed, shields will be worse with that penalty, and MD will get nerfed. I was once a shield tanker. I am now an armor tanker. Well... a duel tanker. Amarr Logistics and Basic Frame A/1. Used these and I was addicted to amor tanking...
