AR, though it's more complete apathy than hatred. You could not have a less interesting weapon, to fight against or to use.
Large magazine. Little recoil. Accurate. Good damage. Fast reload. Good from CQC up to medium range.
It's practical and incredibly boring. |

Detonation delay means you won't get a LAV running at half speed let alone full.
RE + Prox Mines is your best bet with yourself as bait. Draw them in and time the detonation properly. The REs will detonate with the Proxs causing enough spike damage to blow up LLAVs.
Too reliant on good conditions, good terrain and overconfident drivers though. Last isn't really a problem mind you, LLAV pilots have every reason to be overconfident. |

Welcome to war. Explosives and camping are the kings of war. Nothing will ever change that. True Story But this is a game... not a war :) Games by their very nature should be "fair" and "balanced" The MD, currently isn't either of these... To be honest, I only made comment cos I was asked, personally I have now worked out how to beat MD users... keep the funk away from them and when you can, shoot them in the funking back...

They are being abused to an extent that's just ridiculous. I have a Gallente LLAV but don't even use it because I am building my vehicle and turret skills so I can use it as intended (NOT for cheap kills!) At this point in time I wish they'd just remove the f**king things as NO ONE is using them for their intended use. |

Kinda funny that their crazy resilience is making the Logistics the LAV of choice for actual turret play even though it gets reduced turret damage. |

That said, **** contact nades. LoL. My gunplay is far from "flawless", but at least you know when I'm aiming at you. And I am rarely "idle". Well, if you are not very good with AR, yes, we will know when you are aiming at us but if you are pro with AR then we will know you are aiming at us at the moment of our death. Because you can kill people faster with AR than they can react, especially if there's a bit of lag. You also know when we are aiming at you with our MDs when you hear the VERY obvious "thunk", only an idiot wouldn't take cover if they hear that and don't know where it's coming from. The same goes for AR, if you are getting hit by AR and you're not sure where he is, TAKE COVER... sigh... basics... EDIT: I also just love the AR user's mentality "I am using AR thus it is not fair if I get killed by anything other than AR"... you just don't hear that from anyone else.
 Never said anything about it being "unfair". Just answered the topic question.
And you won't see me QQ here about anything. Period  |
