Like 600+shield even matters PFFFT, shield melts pathetically fast, caldari assaults will still be useless. Only reason to use them is ROF bonus w/ damage mods for rail rifles. Now 900armor galassaults are another story.

I use the ScR @ prof5 3 dmg mods w/out the Ak.0, Idk bout with the suit, but even without it, its the best gun in the game. Amarr assault still gets the buttload of pg/cpu, but the new bonuses will be useless for the amarr themed combos nonetheles...

the tight hipfire is MEANT to be there as the caldaris last defense, you shouldnt be taking it on up close because its made for up close and long range. If you want an easy kill on him just go close to medium range, the RRs hipfire is then useless...
