First, and not the biggest: falling through the map again because you pull up the map. I lost one while next to a depot because I wanted to put a defense order on a squad mate.
Second, and the bigger issue: the railgun glitching at least once every single match, and often more than once each match. I've lost more tanks, and have had to pull out of more tank fights because of this problem. It really wasn't bad at all before 1.7, because while they were weak, they generally hit what you aimed at. Now, not even in the back of my mind, I need to be ready to disengage and run away because I simply can't hit my target half the time. This is with and without a damage mod, at a stationary target while I'm not moving, at a moving target while I'm not moving, stationary while I'm moving, both of us moving, etc. This makes trying to effectively use my railgun much more difficult, because not only am I fighting other tanks, I'm also fighting the game, and the game wins all those battles. Such as a reloading glitch where I'll get stuck on however many rounds reloaded, and it'll stay that way for a minute, not being able to continue the reload, and not being able to shoot. Kinda hard to use my chosen role when one of its weapons works only half the time.
CCP, are you aware of these issues? Can I get a response? Would any of you want to squad up so I can maybe demonstrate the issue?

and its probably your railgun over heating or running out of ammo in the clip than a glitch. |

For once I actually agree With you.
There are just so many scenarios where I as an infantry player have to fight the game more than my opponents.
Wall grab bug, slow run bug, (we had a reload bug for about a year on the ARs) but worst of all, framerate drop. Try fighting anything With a single shot or burst weapon when you're Down to 1-3 frames per second....

The reload bug was one of the worst. Always having to check it never knowing if you actually had bullets or not.

I agree, too many times that tank nearly died, only one shot needed for the destruction, then my Railgun suddenly decides to shoot straight up at the warbarge (perhaps a little exaggerated), but seriously sometimes (especially when on uneven ground), my shots go slightly if not way off target, as if railguns had accuracy like assault rifles. |

I mean, really. Don't really know how to deal with the reload bug either; these days I just use a bricked suit and hop momentarily to reset it.

haha ive lost a tank to falling under the map after bringing up the map too.
as for the railgun glitch, i only notice it when mashing then holding trigger right after the reload and even then it fixes once you releae the trigger and then fires the glitched round its been holding in, so i react quick enough to where im not bothered by it.

I lose a tank every day due to the turret locking for no reason. Only way to fix it is to get out and the get back in. Very rarely do I survive this in a 1v1 and it causes untold frustration.

Yeah, I know what you are talking about man. Has happened to me many many times.
Basically, what happens is I run low on my clip, railguns, missiles, or blaster, and reload. I watch as my clip fills up to full, then I move to engage my target. Pull the trigger annnnd nothing happens. Now I am frantically trying to get my gun to fire, I've already got this damn thing reloaded but it won't fire!!!!
But I have noticed that when this happens, if you are able to wait long enough, eventually your clip starts to reload again. Like the problem all along was that you were out of ammo, and had not reloaded.
Yes there is a bug that with turrets, and it seems to be related to reloading.

No no no no. The issue is how freaking cheap MLT tanks are versus how effective they are.....that and multi hardeners is OP as he!!.....they stay up for way to long and when they are about to run out the tank runs off into the red line and hides until the cool down is done.
That's the issue with tanks.

I see an issue here: you're using railguns in CQC, aren't you? I wish railguns won't fire at targets within 100m but oh well, that's not happening. They need to overheat on the third consecutive shot. Absolutely no reason why you should bring a railgun into CQC and own everything. My response to a CQC railgun Gunnlogi is with another CQC railgun Gunnlogi. That is horribly broken and OP. I expected better of you not to use a clearly broken and OP weapon.

1) You can't reload while at a certain heat level (about 75%) spammin reload button causes an infintie loop in the turret logic.
2) Brining up the map requires a re-render, infantry used to have this problem but were lifted a few feet of ground so it would re-render before then went tbrough it. Submit ticket on bugs section.
3) HTFU it's nice when your weapons are pointless is it?

That's the issue with tanks. I.................. do not care about those issues.............. which is why I didn't mention them. At all. And I never will agree with them.

Remember Harp: when infantry complained about contact grenades, they were nerfed into the ground. When we complained about AV grenades, infantry laughed at us and told us to HTFU. Don't start agreeing with them, because then we'll be right back in the position we were in before 1.7, with tanks being prohibitively expensive, and AV infantry fighting us while not rendering.
You give them an inch, they'll take an astronomical unit.

Were your modules active or on cooldown?
I got to say, I feel like I have an iWin button whenever I bring my CQC Gunnlogi. Watching my cooldowns and only going for an engagement when I can kick up my modules, I feel like nothing can kill me. Missile tank? He can't kill me in one volley. He'll be dead by the time he reloads. Blaster tank? What a joke. Railgun tank? I'll still win, unless his fit is just like mine and gets the first shot.
I don't care if a railgun tank kills my missile tank at range, because that's what he's good at and I'm good at short range only. But I do care when that railgun tank gets up right next to me and WTFpwns me. Then I change to my CQC railgun Gunnlogi and WTFpwn him back at close range.

yes yes. i do.
20mill+ plus in tanks. the only problem i ahve with them is railguns have to high of a re-fire rate and have to much DPS at millita levle. so i never use them and thier tracking is too slow for my likeilng. i run blaster/missile tanks.

All CCP needs to do is introduce falloff damage, similar to the Laser Rifle.
