Sounds to me like TTK will increase dramatically. I have yet to see any scout bonuses posted (if there are any please link) and for all you or I know, they are getting -20% scan profile per level, making them literally impossible to scan.

This kind of comes at a good time for me personally, because I had been away for a few months and scanners are my new favorite logi toys, outside of reppers.
And boy howdy, I'd love to see four equipment slots on a Gal. adv. suit. I know it's never gonna happen, but a guy can dream. |

That has been my big concern as well. What is the slot amount and pg/cpu change? Increase or decrease? That to me is even more essential than racial or logi class bonuses. Without that specific slot prerequisite and exact cpu/pg levels logi suits can quickly become obsolete. Planting support items is completely useless if you can't clear the area first or get killed immediately when you first select them to put them down.

Which is why CCP shares them with us first so that we can tell them that some of these ideas are bad. Otherwise, you'll get even more pissed off if CCP were to NOT tell you this before deployment.
PS: They did the same thing with vehicle stats before 1.7. We pointed out some flaws, then CCP corrected them just before deployment.

Okay, so the month of the heavies is coming. Good repping business, but the minlogis will get a ridiculous buff to the rep tool that I wanted. Commandos will burn through ammo fast, but caldari will out-supply (and rep) me with their nano hive bonus.
I'm honestly torn between my much awaited GalHeavy and possibly jumping ship to Minmatar.
I feel like Gallente Logi's been nerfed in a way. Our racial bonus was changed to something that everyone now has, and we're left with a bonus to scan toolsGǪuseful though that may be (and I usually find a place in my tool belt for it) the Logi's tool of choice has to be the repper with its guardian points.
Whether or not a skill respect happens I expect to spend a lot of time staring at the skills page if any of this does happenGǪ |

You aren't losing any effectiveness to the repair tool...it'll function the same them as it does now. The Gal logi would only lose passive rep. I know that sucks for logis but that was probably a necessity.
But you also gain a bonus to scanners, you don't HAVE use it but it's there. The scanner would now scan at 21Db, meaning no medium suit can avoid it and even the most dampened scouts will struggle to get below. |

Like 600+shield even matters PFFFT, shield melts pathetically fast, caldari assaults will still be useless. Only reason to use them is ROF bonus w/ damage mods for rail rifles. Now 900armor galassaults are another story.

Except for the part where you don't get any reps if you don't have a module installed that actually reps to get your new assault suit bonus from? So now we NEED to use a repper or haul around a useless bonus.

Good thing none of these ideas are set in stone. The amarr bonus is to repper efficiency so it only does anything if you have an armour rep on your suit IT IS NOT A PASSIVE REP like the current logi but it is the same as the current amarr logi racial bonus
So if you have 1 complex rep it will be about 8hp/s instead of 6.25 with just rep skills

(Also...ScR is pretty good)
