Yes. It would be quite difficult to work it in. The devs could, if they wanted, but do you want scouts Z-running everywhere? Some people have enough trouble with scouts as is.

I saw on in a game today. It had 2.4k shields and took about 500 dam from swarms of unknown lv. When you looked at it, it said LTD ED instead of STD or PRO. So it's limited edition.

Charge sniper with 3 (or 4) damage mods works fine. Puts out 500+ damage to anywhere, nearly 1K damage to the head. 5 shots in a clip, it can even half charge to finish people off. Why use any other sniper?
