What really happened is a server gerbal got free, and just started hitting random buttons trying to find the one that opened the door. It explains both the recent latency issues, and the hotfix to scouts.

Maybe battles could be "spawed" in around 4 times per day, at set times, for every corporation, under special contracts. Or set up a training district somewhere on the star map , that corps could attack on their own accord. And it randomly pairs...

I'm in favor of 3 fluxs, but not sure about about 3 avs with the hotfix buff. The av grenades are working nicely in conjunction with another piece of av equipment/weapon.
