instead of changing the suits, just throw in some cheap yellow equipment with high pg/cpu items to force cpu/pg to be used up where it was intended to go, instead of messing with the high/low/weap/gnade slots.

I like your idea. +10% ehp per suit is nice, but it has a flaw. Scouts would receive a bonus not even noticeable, as heavies would receive a larger boost equivalent to an extra module. So maybe a non variable buff would suffice, but then again ...

Why would you want to hinder your team ? I can understand the purpose of hacking the installations back to a neutral state, as it gives you 100 wp for destroying them, as compared to the 50wp for the capture. But to counter-hack the objective back...
