I'm still in favor of having them kill players from both teams, no matter the game mode. Orbitals are a far worse problem in dom because any squads just spam orbitals onto the objective. Need to cap? Run in while dropping an orbital on yourself ...

Difference is, tanks don't necessarily win the battle for you in skirmish and domination. I've had several instances where the team with a ton of HAVs lost because they didn't have a strong infantry presence to hack.
