Dust's snipers were incredibly easy to counter. Not only were they extremely loud (and easy to find with your ears alone), but you could actually see scope glare of enemy snipers as well. Plus the players themselves were super predictable.

The only way infantry should be able to take down a vehicle without AV is by climbing in and killing the crew. That being said, it should take a crew for a vehicle to be effective. No more 1-man armies in HAVs and ADSs
