Just stop the instant kill, and put the damage below standard impact damage, because they fly fast. I tapped one at 5mph ish while it was hovering and insta-fireballed... Is this not stupid?

With modules that do anything but a perscentage increase in X, Y or Z we will see immense boosts. On tanks and the effect will be unnoticeable on an lav you could double its shields/armour... Imagine an lav with 3 more shield extenders and whatev...
