I made a post on this already, posted in the known issues page too. No dev response. It happens if you activate it while under fire, which is why it's at the worst possible moment.

Exactly. I still run them because they fit nicely and they have saved me in a lot of scrapes but I have died because they didn't activate almost as often.

I want 160 ish dmg per missile but mlt fires 6 pro 8 this removes the stupid 50% damage increase form basic to Proto and brings it more in line with other weapons.
