There is no longer any "Some Margin of Error" message. This gets bandied about but hasn't been in place since 1.5, as near as I can tell. You only get the "No Margin of Error" message even when someone who is dampened is in your scan range.

Shield suits who brick tank will never be as effective as damage/armor tankers when taking into account external rep, since triage support from nanohives/squadmates benefits armor tankers much more than it does dual tankers.
