we still get the message . Nobody runs damps because they're useless, so it rare to see that message anyway.

That a lone would balance them. The charges would only be replenished upon a suit change, like nano hives. Doing so would also give the scouts an indirect buff because they would.t be spammed anymore.

scanners in this game is like promethian vision in halo 4. You are able to see what the enemy is, and where they are facing. in oder to avoid being see with prom vision completely, you need 2 things to counter it.

Active camo, and the wet work perk. 2 perks to counter one.

In this game you need to sacrifice an obscene amount of HP just so they won't pick you up on the scan. But by doing so, thry still know where you are because of the "some error detected" message. Once they see that, they just spam the scanner to home in on your location.

Aside from that, players just spam it anyway because of its short charge time, no draw backs. Giving it a limited supply would stop a lot of that.

the suits PG/CPU is there to power the movement of the suit and the items you put drain the max cpu/pg that the suit can power. basically the pg/cpu is an allowance of the extra 'weight' the suit can operate with. think of the 'safe working load' for a fork lift truck or the safe load weight of an elevator
nanohives are self powered units same as drop uplinks and nanite injectors are basically just a needle same with combat rifles, AR's and rail rifles. as they are all mechanical and not powered just as the majority of the other equipment. so going on your theory none should require pg/cpu. but just as lasers and scrambler rifles need charges to fire then it'd be logical that another device that creates an energy pulse or beam would need additional power besides what the suit offers. with that in mind rep tools could also require a 'capacitor battery' as a form of ammo as well as scanners as they not only reduce the spare pg/cpu of the suit by being carried but also more power to function and produce the repair beam or scan pulse

actually the suit powers everything other wise we wouldent need pg and cpu requirements you tool. simply because if it was weight based it would say so . also weight based is not logical as we fight on planets that apparently have different gravity's.the pg and cpu requirements are supposed to mimic the capacitors on eve dumbass or have you also completely missed the point as well?? every thing you run wepons equipment or mods is powered by your power grid and the ability to use it is maintained by the central processing unit within your suit.
