I've used the BAR a bit on this build, and I think they did well bringing it into line. It definitely was OP before; there was no point in using anything else. Now it's still solid, but not the be-all-end-all of AR's.

+1 to OP. Might I also suggest that rewards be based on points, not kills? Playing logistics doesn't currently net you as much SP/ISK since you're focusing on healing and repairing rather than killing.
