One really neat Idea I was thinking about would be to double isk gain on maps you win. this would encourage players to win instead of get kills, this would also foster working together as well as solve at least partially the isk issue that is currently going around.
It would allow players to bring a tank out knowing that if they win hte match that they can pay it off if it dies.

Yes, it also gives a reward for winning as right now there is none. But maybe that's part I'd the ISK loot system? |

Agreed. As far as I can tell right now, there's no bonus to winning a match. You'll probably be getting more ISK/SP in general simply because it's likely you're performing better on the whole but other than that, there doesn't seem to be any reason to care if you win. |

3rd on scoreboard, get 50k isk and 30ksp (w/ boost).
I feel like I'm winning nothing at all, especially with the costs of a semi decent dropsuit. |

im on board too, seems like you have to go back to default suits if you hit a kill drought just to get you bank back up. |

Totally agree, it will give a definite incentive to do the objective, and play together more. |

Also, if players need more incentive, have a smaller win modifier for SP. But that's just because I'm tired of 'winning' and only getting 5kSP because I was doing objectives instead of killing... |

For the Beta, sure. But once the game launches I am pretty sure there will not be a "Double if we win" clause in most EVE contracts... |

There is going to be PVP combat outside of Player Contracts...
Well maybe the NPC corp contracts (like we have now) are going to be so low on rewards that most players will play for Player Corps... Assuming players will actually pay well.
Nice going CCP I didn't even think about that. |

There are NPC contracts now? Do you just mean the names at the top of the player list (Ministry of War and something else, I think) or do you mean actual contracts for set times? |

Yeah, The Names ontop of the battle roster is probably how contracts are going to work (you'll notice next to the Caldari and Gallente symbols are 'x's which I assume are placeholders for alliance logos). And your ISK rewards are paid out as 'Contract' I think? Or contract completion or something in the post-battle screen.
I'm going to assume all NPC corporate/Factional Warfare matches will function similar to the way they are now. Instant consequence-free combat. But I'm also going to assume the Player Contract matches will probably have a higher payout due to the nature of the EVE market (you have to offer rewards better than the next easiest activity).
Yeah, there are no 'contracts' right now the way you would think of an EVE Contract... But think of a merc contract in the real world... they sign a contract to do a battle and get paid. So everything DUSTERs do is a contract. |

ya but in eve where there is contracts they are going ot be offering millions of isk if not 50m or more so double will be in it already I am talking about just games that have randoms or squads not contracted games. |

Went 14 and 1 got 100k (with booster) sp and 123k isk and 3x5 items, won the map and the team just simply dominated, thier highest killer on other team was 4 kills. revivied 3 buddies too.
This was an ambush map btw. |

+1 to OP.
Might I also suggest that rewards be based on points, not kills? Playing logistics doesn't currently net you as much SP/ISK since you're focusing on healing and repairing rather than killing. |

idk this build i would have to disagree, I run in my logi suit when ever I am not solo, and I have found that you pretty much get crapy isk no matter what you use, 100k to 75k give or take for me, but like I said it would be really nice to get some incentive to win besides just the game saying you won.
hell for ever revive I get more points then a kill so I am betting that I get more points ever battle then most people that get 15/2 or 20/3 so. |

hell im running solo and gettin pwned as far as kills. probably maxing out the assists though. seems im rarely matched with someone with lesser skills or gear, im always facing guys in more advanced gear than myself. so its not much incentive to "go for the gold" when your solo facing five enemies. i usually range from 5k sp to 20k sp depending on my luck. and 40k to 60k isk.
it feels like im in the match just to try an get some kills so i can start upgrading that way im on level ground with my enemies who are gettin like 20/2 or something like that in kills. |

I disagree. ISK is fine where it's at. Doing random battles should not be able to pay all the bills. That's why mercenary contracts are coming in the future. And getting much more for winning vs. losing I'm also against, at least for these random pick-up games. You can't count on getting a decent team when you're playing like this. For mercenary contracts, definitely, big payoff for the winner. But for these games? No. Little extra for winning, but you won because of random luck getting a better team as much as anything. |
