Your probably better off starting armor, you can hit things without exploding. Good for new pilots getting the feel for their craft. Dropshipping is pretty hard, especially with rail tanks. Not sure if I would recommend dipping your toes on it. Yo...

Interesting, base kill wp on the type of suit and meta lvl. I'm sure that there would be some flaws that would need to be worked out but this is an interesting idea, I can definitely see the potential in this or something like it.

Yeah CRs eat through my shields faster than a scrambler. This is a good way of reducing the power slightly without breaking the weapon. Good idea I support this.
