Until the State rewards my loyalty adequately, I will remain loyal to my squad and to whatever my corporation at the time may be. All of the races have flaws, regardless, so I feel no definitive moral pull towards one direction. I guess grinding together with someone that fights for Gallente is bad, too, since you're helping them raise the funds to stomp harder in Factional Warfare later? Is it the same with donations? Your comrade has no ISK, so you save him from dieing a dozen times in militia gear and now you're a traitor for helping the enemy? I do not define who I play with based on where their allegiance lies. There is little privilege in doing so and little point.

How do you define a traitor, Jacques? If you hire a mercenary and he fights for you one day, then the enemy the next, is he a traitor? I am not a traitor until I swear my allegiance, everlasting, to the State. Until then, like most others, I am a mercenary for hire. My lack of loyalty in your eyes is none of my concern. I usually take contracts for Caldari and Amarr because I prefer them; I am not a traitor for playing the other side if my allegiance to the State was never secured for more than a contract at a time.

The State needs players that are worth a damn, even if they occasionally fight for the other side. Marking mercenaries as traitors and going on a witch hunt does naught but scare them away. What is your goal? Do you want an army of loyal mice or an army of men?

Also, FW is flawed as all hell. When its myriad of issues get fixed and the payouts for fighting a losing battle are enough to eat at least a bowl of gruel a day, I'll consider being loyal.

Well then you are lost then a patriot would never give in to the gallente. He would not use excuses that his squad is bringing him in. You are a traitor also Atiim you of all people should know that honor is a big thing in Caldari and I wish to only play with people who want the Caldari to prosper. Like I said before we don't need you. The State needs dedicated soldiers not soldiers whom fight hear and there. You are minmatar why aren't you fighting for your own people's future. I live by the State and will honor the Caldari way.
