Its been stated 1.3 will be small. Basically 1.3 is fixing some bugs and balancing the FoTM: Flaylock and Caldari Logi's. 1.4 already has been stated to bring aiming to a better degree. My guess is that new content won't arrive until 1.4 or 1.5

I thought you would have brought up the fact about revives in BF3 make sure a death isn't counted towards you while in Dust every time you fall even after being revived the death still counts.

The Flaylock is not gonna become nerfed into uselessness. It will still do good damage but probably wont replace primaries anymore as often. Plasma Cannon needs a little tweaking with more variants but its pretty awesome. I OHK fatties with it :D
