yeah the cuts to base HP are significant, but the lack of slots more often than not leads to even less HP. However, would be fine getting an equipment slot and more fittings/speed.

No, that would be dumb. Accumulating unallocated points and purchasing skill upgrades with them offers the most freedom and choice. By having them auto assigned and a progress bar, you're not really getting any useful functionality.

armor reps and reactives need their base rep amounts doubled or tripled, and all movement penalties need to be halved. Ferroscale/reactive need a slight reduction in CPU/PG needs.
